Harbor House
Waterfront tables, a breeze, and zero side-eye
The whole back deck sits over the water, which means constant breeze and a lot of very interesting smells for a dog with a job to do. It's loud in a good way — boat noise, people talking, nobody noticing if your dog barks once at a seagull.
Service here is the thing. The first time we came, our server brought out a bowl of ice water before she took my drink order, and on the second visit she remembered his name and not mine. Fair enough, honestly.
Food-wise it's solid rather than spectacular: good fried chicken sandwich, very good fries, skip the salads. I come for the setting and the fact that I can stay three hours on a Saturday afternoon without feeling rushed.

"Best waterfront patio in the East Bay for a dog who likes to people-watch."
